Studio Canal to distribute Isao Takahata's Oscar-nominated film

Studio Canal has The Tale of the Princess Kaguya in UK cinemas on March 20. The news follows the film's Oscar nomination on Thursday for Best Animated Feature.

The Tale of the Princess Kaguya is based on the famous Japanese folktale Taketori won the Animation Film Award at the 68th Mainichi Film Awards.
