Durarara Gets New TV Anime Series

The cast and staff of the franchise announced at Dengeki Game Festival 2014 on Sunday that a new Durarara!! television anime series is in the works. The story takes place a half year after the first series at Tokyo's Ikebukuro neighborhood, but the broadcast date has not been announced.
The main staff is reuniting for the new series, but Makoto Yoshimori is scoring the soundtrack.

The new anime is part of the 10th anniversary of Durarara!! The second arc of Ryohgo Narita's original Durarara!! light novels will be Durarara!! SH. The first Durarara!! SH volume will ship on April 10.
