One Piece Film Z Prologue to Air on Japan's NOTTV Service

NOTTV is also airing One Piece television episodes 1 through 30 with extras and other content. One Piece Film Z will designed by Oda.
The NOTTV digital over-the-air television system launched in April in Tokyo's Kantō, Tokai, Osaka and Kyoto's Kansai, Fukuoka, and Okinawa areas. Its coverage has been expanding to the prefectures of Hiroshima, Okayama, Shizuoka, and (as of October 22) Kumamoto, and 180,000 people have been using it as of the end of September. It has a monthly fee of 420 yen ($5.40), but the first 31 days are free after g up. (In theory, people in Japan have to pay an annual fee for each standard television they own.)
