The July issue of Star Driver Kagayaki no Takuto (Star Driver: Radiant Takuto). More information about the anime will be in the Newtype issue, which officially ships on Thursday.
Update: The domain star-driver.net has been ed by Aniplex.

The anime centers around a boy named Takuto who pilots a robot named Taubaan.
