Death Note's Obata Designs Anime for 'Literary' Classic

Hikaru no Go artist drew covers for several well-known novels
A footnote in the latest installment of the Kokoro. (All three novels have been published in English without Obata's illustrations.)
Besides Bakuman., Obata also drew the Viz Media published these three manga titles in North America. Viz also released the Death Note anime, the live-action Death Note films, and the Hikaru no Go anime.
