Yesterday was everyone's favorite tasty katsudon boy's birthday. Fans across tourism campaigns.

On Wednesday, Karatsu's mayor appeared as a special guest during a scheduled pilgrimage tour to celebrate not only the character's birthday, but the over 40,000 tourists that the tours have brought to the area so far. During the festivities, the mayor announced that Yūri Katsuki is an official ambassador for Karatsu.
