Digital Manga, Tezuka Pro Team Up to Release Entire Tezuka Library in N. America

Companies plan to publish titles digitally with possibility of print publication via Kickstarter
North American manga publisher Kickstarter.
Digital Manga Inc. confirmed with ANN that for titles that have been published by other publishers in English, those titles will be excluded for print licenses by Digital Manga, but Digital Manga is in talks to release those series digitally.
Digital Manga has already published, or plans to publish Tezuka's Unico manga through Kickstarter campaigns.
Update: Additionally, Digital Manga announced on Thursday that the Yaoi Con convention will be held in fall 2014 in San Francisco.
